Chris brings 20 years of experience in real estate, excellent customer service and has a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. Chris provides quality service to build relationships with his clients and more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. Chris doesn't work 9-5, he works from start to close, with The Golden Rule being foremost in client relationships ("In everything treat others the same way you want them to treat you" Matthew 7:12).

Chris has continued to further his education by becoming a Master Certified Negotiation Expert and named Magistrate for several Probate Properties. Chris is one of the founding members of a Business Network International (BNI) Powerhouse Group. In 2021 Chris established Team Morris Tampa to expand his already flourishing business. Chris is also one of the top 8.5% of real estate agents nationwide.

Chris has witnessed the Tampa Bay Area's great transformation, which gives him enthusiasm and a desire to help you make his home of Tampa Bay your home.

When Chris is not serving clients with buying or selling their home, he actively volunteers as a church Deacon, helps organize outreaches to the community for the needy, helps with Paint Your Heart Out Tampa Bay, and facilitates financial planning classes. Outside of the area, Chris has been on Disaster Relief Teams for hurricanes and helping build homes and churches in other countries.
